Delivery time

We wag our tails as fast as we can, so that your order could arrive as soon as possible.

The actual waiting time depends, however, on the number of orders, product availability and our dog's strength.

We strive to make each order leave us within 3 business days of payment approval, but the maximum waiting time for posting a shipment may be 14 days.

Special orders such as foam lining, adding Easy Walk, handle, changing dimension or length of the leash we deliver within 7-14 days.

Delivery

We ship products by InPost, only the couch L and mattress XL are shipped by pocztex24 or DPD courier due to its size.

• Delivery big parcel - 19,90zł

Self-pickup

You can pick the ordered products in Kraków on Miodowa 33 Street, or in Warsaw on Bracka 25 Street. Monday-Friday 11-19, Saturday 9-17 after receiving an information that your order is ready to pick.
