1. You want to return a new product

no problem. Pack it together with the proof of purchase and the form available at the bottom of this page and send it back to us at ul. Smoleńsk 16/1, 31-112 Kraków. As soon as it arrives - we will send the money back.

2. You want to replace the product

Send it to us to the address above, and put inside a piece of info about what to replace

If you are exchanging for a smaller size, also enter the account number to which we will refund the difference, if for a larger one, put the difference in change into the package or transfer to our account (the payment tab contains all data).

Please remember that in both cases you should add PLN 13.90 to the parcel for re-shipping by courier (or PLN 13.90 for shipping by parcel locker) of a small parcel and PLN 19.90 a large one.

INFORMATION ON THE RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL

You have the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 days without giving any reason. The deadline to withdraw from the contract expires after 14 days from the day on which you came into possession of the product or on which a third party other than the carrier and indicated by you came into possession of the product. To exercise the right of withdrawal, you must inform us of your decision to withdraw from this contract by means of an unequivocal statement (for example, a letter sent by post or e-mail or in the online store www.psyjaciele.com in the account / product returns tab). To meet the deadline to withdraw from the contract, you only need to send information regarding the exercise of your right to withdraw from the contract before the deadline to withdraw from the contract.

Consequences of withdrawal from the contract: in the event of withdrawal, we will refund all payments received from you, including the costs of delivery (except for additional costs resulting from the method of delivery chosen by you other than the cheapest usual delivery method offered by us), immediately and in any case not later than 14 days from the day on which we were informed about your decision to exercise the right to withdraw from this contract. You will have to bear the direct cost of returning the goods. The amount of these costs is estimated at a maximum of approximately PLN 15.

You are only responsible for reducing the value of things resulting from using it in a different way than was necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and functioning of the thing.

You can use the model withdrawal form, but it is not mandatory.
